Our primary mission is to take those domestic animals who have been abandoned, neglected and abused and place them with long term caring and loving familes thru our certified adoption process.
Our secondary mission is to assist any domestic animal companion to always look their best and be on their best behavior thru obedience training.
Our final mission is to assist mobility impaired and medically challenged individuals to be able to achieve greater mobility, medical security and personal freedom thru the eyes, ears and nose of trained service dogs.
2/5/2007 - D.A.R.E.S.S. Project Launch
The D.A.R.E.S.S. Project was the brainchild of Dr. James SoaringEagle. It was with his extensive personal/business contacts along with his financial market knowledge, a very generous start-up grant from Medicine Wheel USA Inc. was able to be obtained.
Because of this group of Native American individuals whose professions ranged from attorneys to doctors to successful businessmen a thought had become a reality.
